Notific has a minimal impact on battery life, using the proximity sensor for only 10 seconds. The memory usage is highly optimized, ranging from 2-15MB, unlike other notification apps that consume over 50MB.

The multitude of notifications we receive every day contains sensitive information that deserves the utmost privacy. Notific is designed with your privacy in mind and does not engage in any private data mining. It does not collect crash data or use Google analytics. Furthermore, it doesn’t require an internet connection, ensuring that your information stays on your device.

Enhanced Privacy and Control

If you are concerned about others seeing your notifications when they appear, you can enable privacy mode to keep your notification content safe from prying eyes on a per-app basis. Additionally, you can utilize the Whitelist/Blacklist mode to exclude or include specific apps based on your preferences.

• Unlock directly by double-tapping the circular drag handle.
• Drag and hold on the dismiss spot to dismiss all notifications.

Troubleshooting and Compatibility

The proximity sensor values are calibrated for Nexus devices by default. If you experience issues with the sensor on Galaxy or Xperia devices, you can try calibrating the sensor from the Troubleshooting settings or disable the Pocket Mode.

Device Administrator Permission

This app uses the Device Administrator permission. The “Force Lock” feature is utilized to turn off the screen when all notifications are dismissed.
