For all people coming from other mods that use another folders than (WhatsApp)
to restore all your chat history and media:
1- do a backup using your previous WhatsApp
2- before install the mod. Using your folder browser go to gbwhatsapp (for example or any folder that your previous mod used)
3-copy all folders
4- go to the folder WhatsApp and past everything (if ask you to overwrite say yes)
5- install the mod follow the instructions and enjoy!!

Amazing mod ! I like the stay always online feature since it does what it says as long as the application is not terminated and it does indeed stay connected to the servers fixing the biggest problem i had with the web client of whatsapp which was that whatsapp checks messages in blocks and then also goes offline making it unable to use the client at all for another 5 min of so.

Please why do we av to uninstall old whatsapp before installing new one ( update) can’t it be installed by overwriting the old version or why not update directly through the old version without downloading through jimtech website. Anyway good work
